packet from japan ♪

we got a packet from japan  ♥

ありがとうございます、英二のお父さんとお母さん！

it contains tons of super yummy stuff, which makes it able to survive the next couples of weeks (^__~)

but I ate so much already... even so I wanted to save for special moments... but can't be patient (;____;)

gyouza

 hellooooo~
after long time i'm back...

yesterday Steffi came to our apartment and we cooked gyouza ( 餃子)
 Well.. kind of...

we were bit too lazy to make the dough ourself this time... so we bought dough for spring rolls in the asia shop... but couldnt form this dough like the usual gyouza form looks like... 

so it became kind of gyouza which looked like miniature spring rolls (^__~)
usually it looks like this
(ours looked a bit retarded ^^)

but it was still super super oishii ❤

sukiyaki

today I made Sukiyaki (鋤焼) ♥

for the first time...
It was also the first time i ever ate...

it wasn't perfect at all, but I think it was really yummy!!! (♥___♥)

and I have to buy a better pan... my one pretty sucks... -.-

I want one of these pot... a nabe (なべ物)

I used beef, onion, spring onion, chinese cabbage, bean sprouts and the last package of my favourite harusame noodles (春雨), I took from Japan last time.
Unfortunately tofu was missing, because I forgot to buy  >__<

But I still think it was really really yummy...
Even so I want to eat a professional one!
